Wilmslow based automotive solutions provider S&G Response has celebrated Health and Well-being Month throughout September, promoting a range well-being initiatives to improve the health of all employees across the business.
Throughout the month employees were introduced to new employee benefits including a Cycle to Work Scheme, aimed at improving fitness, along with introducing a new Employee Assistance Programme to promote overall financial, physical, mental and social well-being through a new partnership with Ben, The Automotive Charity. Creating an environment where our employees feel supported is vitally important to us and a fundamental part of our workplace culture.
Maddy Cass, Business Support Apprentice said, ‘I’ve really enjoyed the month of September, especially the opportunity to receive a massage. I found the experience really relaxing and appreciated the time to relax and unwind.
