In instances where desktop inspection is not viable, we also have the capability to provide physical vehicle inspections nationwide and are flexible to the parameters you set that determine whether a vehicle needs to be inspected in person or if reports can be assembled from images.

Our systems integrate seamlessly with Audatex, Thatcham Escribe and GT Motive, all of which are available to all of our automotive engineer assessors to assist them in the calculation and negotiation of repair costs, whilst undertaking all types of inspection to ensure costs are kept to a minimum whilst customer’s still receive the quality service we are proud to provide.

If required, we have the ability to provide forensic services; covering root cause determination, fire and collision investigation. We can undertake failure analysis to determine the root cause of an incident and prevent re-occurrence, whilst our collision investigation service enables us to provide claims validation by assessing damage consistency.

To save time and drive efficiency all engineering reports can be sent electronically directly to your CMS through system integration or emailed, depending upon your preference. Our service proposition is inclusive of total loss pre-accident valuation and settlement services; we agree the framework for assessing pre-accident values from the outset, reducing settlement periods and mitigating any extended hire costs.
