Following a reported vehicle accident, we have arrangements in place to ensure customers are provided with hassle free, ongoing mobility. We have access to over 250,000 vehicles nationally through an approved panel of vehicle suppliers and typically, vehicles are delivered within 4 hours of acceptance.
We will arrange for a vehicle of comparable size and comfort to their own to be delivered to a location of their choosing for the period of the claim.
In the event of a fault accident, a network courtesy car will be provided for the duration of any repair period.
