Every Six months the Apprentice Academy hold their Apprentice Star Awards.
Ellen Conroy, Andrew Badrock, Harry Burgess, Leon Gardiner (BS) & Sammy Rodgers (AAT) were all nominated by their line managers for their excellent performance over the last six months.
The calibre of apprentices was very high this year but we are absolutely delighted to announce that Ellen, Andrew & Sammy were all presented with the prestigious Apprentice Star Awards.
Here are just a few of the comments about our apprentices:
Ellen Conroy ‘Ellen is an absolute pleasure to work with, nothing is ever too much trouble, she is able to manage her work seamlessly between the two departments along with keeping up with her course work.’
Charlie Turnbull ‘It has been a pleasure to watch Charlie grow, he came to the business with very little insurer background knowledge or understanding and with his drive, determination and the willingness to learn, he has very quickly become a trustworthy member of the team who shows integrity and has integrated really well. ‘
Andrew Badrock ‘Andrew takes it upon himself to provide an unrivalled customer service to both our external and internal clients. He has received commendations from both his fellow colleagues and the clients he interacts with on a daily basis. Andrew has solidified himself as a ‘go to’ person within the Team and is an invaluable support to the team and myself. ‘
Sammy Rodgers: ‘Sammy is a very proactive individual, and has an impressively positive attitude to learning. She drew my attention from her initial interview as someone who has the capability of going far in the world of business, and so far has not disappointed.’
Harry Burgess: ‘Harry has shown on numerous occasions without asking for approval with supporting his colleagues with their daily list of duties. In return, his colleagues can then finish their workload to then concentrate on additional work they may have. He has always shown a huge willingness to learn’
