Due to our innovative technology coupled with an internal desktop engineering capability we are able to ascertain quickly if the vehicle in question should be declared a total loss allowing for pre-accident valuations to proceed as soon as possible, removing unnecessary delays from the customer journey and ensuring a first class customer journey.

Utilising the latest technology, in conjunction with our in-house engineering resource, we are able to negotiate the pre-accident value of the policy holder’s vehicle within hours.

Once a PAV has been determined and agreed with the policy holder we are able to settle total losses immediately through BACS or cheque payment.
