Our Repair Network

Our nationwide network comprises of over 360 contracted approved repairers capable of repairing Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV) and private cars.

All repairs carried out by the network carry a comprehensive warranty guaranteed, equal to that of the existing warranty on the client’s vehicle, or for 3 years, whichever is the greater.

We also have a full national HGV repairer network of 65 commercial body shops to meet our client needs within this area.

Our Mobility Solutions

Following a motor accident, we have arrangements in place to ensure customers are provided with hassle free, ongoing mobility. We have access to over 250,000 vehicles through an approved panel of vehicle suppliers throughout the UK, typically with vehicles delivered within 4 hours of acceptance.

We will arrange for a vehicle of comparable size and comfort to be delivered to a particular location of choice for the duration of a claim.

In the event of a fault accident, a courtesy car will be provided for the duration of any repair period from our approved network
