Calling all golf enthusiasts! It’s time to dust off your clubs and hit the greens for a good cause! We’re thrilled to invite you to our upcoming charity golf day, where we’ll be raising money for The Children’s Adventure Farm Trust.
Our event will be held on 14th September at Mottram Hall and promises to be a fun-filled day with great golfing, delicious food and drink, and exciting prizes.
Whether you’re an avid golfer or just fancy a day of fun, this event is the perfect opportunity to get out on the greens while making a difference in the lives of those in need.
Our event will kick off with registration between 9 – 11 and a start time of midday. As you make your way around the course, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in fun challenges and games, with exciting prizes up for grabs.
Competitions
We’ll be running a number of competitions throughout the day including nearest to the pin, longest drive, fastest hole, beats the ‘scoop’ and more. At 7.30 we’ll be giving out awards to our worthy winners, as well as some fantastic raffle prizes.
Food and drink
Tuck into a hot bacon roll upon arrival, and after your day on the greens we’ll have a delicious BBQ and drinks waiting for you! We will also be continuing the fun after our prize giving with evening drinks from 8PM.
About our chosen charity
The Children’s Adventure Farm Trust is an incredible charity that supports terminally ill, disabled, and disadvantaged children and their families. The farm is open to children of all abilities aged 17 and under and offers fun, laughter, and the chance to for its visitors to simply enjoy being children.
The charity offers a range of programmes including free residential stays for groups or individual families and fun day trips and we are incredible proud to support their amazing work so that they can continue to bring joy to the children who need it the most.
