A few months back we entered the Modern Insurance Magazine CX Awards, and we are incredibly proud to announce that… WE WON!
We entered the Giving it Back to Charity category due to our commitment to charitable giving and our deep-rooted dedication to our community. From our employees and customers to the long list of charities we raise money for each year, putting people first is what drives us forward and sets us apart as a business. And we believe that our team should be celebrated for all the hard work and genuine passion they put into raising money for our chosen charities.
We pride ourselves on our Corporate & Social Responsibility initiatives and with good reason. In the last 12 months, we have raised or donated over £63,000 and provided over 380 volunteering hours to a host of local good causes including The Children’s Adventure Farm Trust, The North-West Air Ambulance, The Trussell Trust, Children in Need, The Rainbow Trust, Breast Cancer Research, St. Ann’s Hospice, Dementia UK, MIND, and DEBRA.
Our company culture drives everything we do, and we believe that the happiness of our team and our customers is down to our commitment to our values and our passion for giving back.
From the word go, our team members know just how important our community work is to us, and a big part of being on the S&G team is actively involving yourself in all our fundraising initiatives and events. We couldn’t do what we do without our incredible people, and we are thrilled to be recognised for our ongoing efforts and achievements.
