We are extremely excited to announce the opening of our new Halifax Office. This is our second location and will initially offer 20 new positions to local people as well as increasing our capability and scope. The town of Halifax has an already thriving insurance community which we are really excited to become part of.
We’re currently working on a focused recruitment drive aimed at customer service handlers, call handlers, and claim handlers and we have plans to expand our office size to incorporate a kitchen and breakout area, small meeting room and a large training facility. Our office environment is really important to us, and we work hard to make sure people are happy and comfortable in their workspace. Our new Halifax office will be a continuation of the fantastic atmosphere and culture of our Wilmslow office, which currently employs a team of150 people.

A Bit About S&G Response…
For 12 years we have been taking the hassle out of vehicle road accidents, helping customers to get back on the road as quickly as possible. In 2009, our first year of business, we handled 827 claims, and the following year we hired 5 new employees. By our fifth year of business, S&G Response had 28 employees and a turnover of £6.5 million. Fast forward another 5 years and we had raised £47,000 for various charities and had 115 amazing team members. Our continued growth is down to how we do business. Our unparalleled company culture combined with our customer centric ethos mean our staff and our clients are very happy people indeed.
Our business is growing rapidly, and we feel this will increase at a controlled pace towards the end of the year. We’re keen to attract local applicants for new roles within our business from within a 10-mile radius of the new office which is perfectly located close to the town centre and all public transportation, which is beneficial for locals and our companies carbon footprint!
